ご予約時の確認メールに記載されているURLよりキャンセルが可能です。
14日前より下記の通りキャンセル料が発生いたします。

当日または無連絡キャンセル宿泊料金の100％
宿泊日前日宿泊料金の70％
宿泊日の２日前～７日前宿泊料金の50％
宿泊日の８日前～14日前宿泊料金の30％

前日～14日前のキャンセルは手数料を差し引き返金いたします。
災害や警報発令時等やむを得ない理由でのキャンセルの場合、キャンセル料は発生しません。


You can cancel for free up to 15 days before your check-in date.
Cancellation fees will apply as follows from 14 days in advance.

Cancellation on the day or without notice: 100% of accommodation fee
The day before your stay: 70% of the accommodation fee
2 to 7 days before the date of accommodation: 50% of the accommodation fee
8 to 14 days before the date of accommodation: 30% of the accommodation fee

Cancellations made 14 days in advance will be refunded minus the handling fee.

In the case of cancellation due to unavoidable reasons such as disasters or warnings, there will be no cancellation fee.
